Proposal Accepted & Deposit Received

We place a booking hold on our calendars to secure your event date/ times and package. Your welcome email and confirmation is sent.

90 Days Before Your Event

We begin to arrange the deets of your event. We need your help and choices by completing the form below so we can coordinate colors, vendors, details, and all the bells and whistles of your event. 

60 days Before Your Event

If your package includes any in-house vendors or add-ons, we secure these to ensure your experience and staff is seamless. We will reach out at the 60 days to confirm vendor and add-on information. 

30 Days Before Your Event

We will reach out to confirm your guest count, your details we have confirmed along the way. We will also match your event with our in-house cleaning, and other staff as required, and finalize all the polishing details.
