Proposal Accepted & Deposit Received
We place a booking appointment hold on our calendars to secure your event date/ times and package. Your appointment is sent by email.
90 Days Before Your Event
We begin to arrange the deets of your event. We need your help by completing the form below so we can coordinate the details of your event.
60 days Before Your Event
If your package includes any in-house vendors or add-ons, we will reach out at the 60 days mark to confirm vendor and add-on information.
30 Days Before Your Event
We will reach out to confirm your guest count, your details we have confirmed along the way. We will also match your in-house cleaning, and other staff.
