Let's bring your vision to life! Here's a timeline of what's next from now to your BIG day to ensure we are all set and ready for you to show up and shine. 

Proposal Accepted & Deposit Received

We place a booking appointment hold on our calendars to secure your event date/ times and package. Your appointment is sent by email.​

90 Days Before Your Event

We begin to arrange the deets of your event. We need your help by completing the form below so we can coordinate the details of your event. ​

60 days Before Your Event

If your package includes any in-house vendors or add-ons, we will reach out at the 60 days mark to confirm vendor and add-on information. 

30 Days Before Your Event

We will reach out to confirm your guest count, your details we have confirmed along the way. We will also match your in-house cleaning, and other staff.

Our Signature Elopement package includes:

  • (2 hours Exclusive access to our glam garden-themed venue

  • Pre-decorated ceremony aisle and background (florals and candles) 

  • In-house licensed wedding officiant ( or bring your own. Ceremony up to 30 min)

  • Guest ceremony seating setup for up to 20 guests (clear chiavari chairs)

  • Choice of pre-written ceremony scripts

  • Raised stage platform for wedding couple ceremony

  • In-house bluetooth sound system

  • Cocktail tall standing tables  for gifts/ cards

  • Color-changing disco/ party lights

  • In-house permanent bar station/ DJ stand 

  • Accent color-changing wall lighting 

  • Cleaning venue fees (setup, teardown, trash in bags disposal)

  • FREE parking (uncovered lot)

  • WiFi

  • Guest reception table setup for up to 20 persons (60" rounds)

  • Table linens (white draped)

  • In-house standard centerpieces (white floral)

  • Head table/ wedding couple decorated reception table setup (up to 2 guests w/ throne chairs) 

  • Catering table setup (2 tables- 6 ft square)

  • Champagne/punch toast and cake setup (heavy duty champagne flutes, dessert plates, forks, napkins)

  • ​Access to private dressing suite

  • Access to catering serving kitchenette (refrigerator/ freezer, beverage cooler) 

  • Mobile rolling beverage cooler

  • White floral bridal bouquet and matching boutonniere ​

  • Guest signing congrats/ well wishes book
